A family owned business founded in 1970 and incorporated in 1977, Ganem Contracting Corporation has been serving the industry for over 50 years as a commercial masonry and general contractor. We specialize in historic masonry restoration, stonework, and brownstone restoration, but we are able to service all of your masonry needs.

When restoring a building, our goal is to recreate fine historical detailing by seamlessly blending restored areas with original, matching color, shape, and texture. We have our own casting shop that can replicate masonry, plaster, and GFRC building elements.

In the Gallery section, we have before and after pictures of brownstone we restored at 448 Warren Street, Hudson NY, along with a range of different projects. One notable project is a Blast Furnace we restored for Friends of the Taconic State Park. We also have extensive experience working with limestone, granite, bluestone, terra cotta, and marble, and performing intricate brickwork.

Additional services included concrete restoration, sealants, waterproofing. and epoxy injection.
